PAYMENT POLICY
NEO Interiors offers several ways to pay for your purchase. We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, personal check, cash, cashier's check, bank treasurer's check or money order. All returned checks are subject to $25 fee.
ALL BALANCES MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO PICKUP OR SCHEDULING DELIVERY. NO COD’s ACCEPTED.
All sales tickets are audited. Errors in pricing or arithmetic are subject to correction with your approval. In the event you do not approve and agree to pay the corrected sales price, we reserve the right to cancel the sale.
FLOOR SAMPLES
All sales of floor samples or clearance items are final. There are absolutely no returns, refunds, exchanges or service for any faults with this merchandise.
Returns are accepted only for non-special order items within 3 days from a date of delivery or pick-up for STORE CREDIT ONLY. All items must be in resalable condition in original packaging accompanied by proof of sale. No returns on custom-assembled furniture.
REFUNDS
Refunds may be issued on non-special orders PRIOR to delivery or pick-up. Absolutely no refunds on delivered and custom-assembled furniture.
ABSOLUTELY NO CASH REFUNDS. Refunds on checks will be made by NEO Interiors, Inc. corporate office no sooner than 14 days due to bank delays. Refunds on Bank Cards will be credited only to the same Bank Card originally charged.
SPECIAL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT.
Absolutely NO REFUNDS on delivery or setup charges.
DELIVERY POLICY
DELIVERY SERVICES ARE OPTIONAL. Delivery charges are based upon delivery weight and destination. All furniture will be delivered insured by specialized delivery company.
Specific days have been designated for each town; your furniture will be delivered on these specific days only. Deliveries outside of our normal delivery area may be available for an additional charge.
The delivery crew will bring your furniture into your home, uncrate it and place it where you want it, perform basic setup and then remove the packaging materials.
Our delivery crew cannot perform any work involving structural changes or alterations to your apartment/house (e.g. drilling walls, hanging shelves, mirrors, etc.) It is your responsibility to make all necessary adjustments prior or after the installation or assembly.
Delivery crew cannot remove existing furniture or handle any electronic components (e.g. television, computer, stereo).
You are responsible for notifying us in advance of any special delivery conditions and for ensuring the merchandise will fit through doorways, stairways, corridors, elevators, etc. If delivery to a designated area is not reasonably possible, delivery will be made to an accessible area as determined by the delivery personnel.
Unusual deliveries (e.g. deliveries above the third floor without access to an elevator, etc.) may result in an additional charge at NEO's discretion.
You are responsible for inspecting all deliveries at the time and place of delivery. If the merchandise is damaged you should note the damage on the delivery slip and call NEO Interiors to make an arrangement while the delivery company is still on the premises. We cannot accept the liability of damage that is discovered after our unit has departed. Once the receipt is signed it is assumed that the merchandise is received in acceptable condition.
Drivers cannot deliver furniture if someone 18 years or older is not at home at the time of delivery.
You will be assessed a redelivery charge in the event that no one is present to accept a scheduled delivery or such delivery is cancelled or refused.
NEO Interiors is not responsible for any indirect, special or consequential damages associated or related to your purchase or the delivery thereof.
